• What - its OK if it is not paddling, as long as it is outdoors)

• When - please be specific date, and time)

• Requirements - Needed skills, costs and equipment to participate

• Promotion - What is the summary statement

Then post the document to the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/341755973484007

Members can comment on your plan. Group managers may increase your role in the group so you can post the event.
